Happy Birthday Mom!

Today is a big birthday for my Mom. She is 50 years old!


Well, give or take a couple of years.

Or decades.

But the age isn't important. What is important is today is the day to celebrate the birth of a truly amazing woman.

This is a woman that made raising 4 kids look like fun.

And managed to look pretty styling while she did it.

And who has since become a Nana to 6, count them 6, rambunctious grandkids.

Now for the next 20 days she will be significantly older (but wiser) than my father, who won't have his "50th" birthday until February 23rd.

You know, birthdays can be tricky because what do you get two people with such age and wisdom? And who already have so much?
My siblings and I figured that the only thing to do was to go very, very modern.

Well, I don't want to ruin any surprises, but Mom and Dad, you'll be getting something in the mail, and when you receive it you'll think, "Wha? Huh? What is this? Well, this must be a mistake, who in their right mind would send us this?"

We would.

Oh, and don't worry. Nate and Kriste have already agreed to set it up for you the next time you have them over. So have them over soon.

And don't even try guessing. You'll never get it.

But trust us, you are in for a world of fun.
