| It was crazy hot. Asher mostly suggested that we move to a different row to avoid the bees. Then he'd suggest we move again as he suspiciously eyed more bees. But he was determined to get the MOST blueberries, so he stuck it out. |

| Kiera wasn't particularly thrilled with the heat, but there was the joy of getting to play in the dirt, so she suffered through. |

| Asher really enjoyed taking the husks off the corn. Before I realized it he had bagged 12 of them. So we've been eating a lot of corn. He also forced me to make a corn chowder. It was delicious, but a lot of work. |

| Exhausted after a long day in the heat. But do you see how Asher loaded her up with his own lovies? Now that makes a mama's heart melt. |
