·
Can count to five (somewhat reliably) – in
English and Spanish.
·
Loves to “sing” ABC’s – knows chunks of it, and
pretty good at the tune. Loves to sing in general.
·
Loves to play row row row your boat. (Stands up holding
an adults hands and then leans way back keeping her body stiff and straight).
·
Despite her sweet nature is passionately
embracing the terrible twos.
·
Has very strong opinions. Particularly regarding not taking clothes
off. Or not having clothes on. Or wearing winter jackets when it is hot outside.
Or wearing her brother’s slippers to school. Whatever suits her mood at the time.
·
In predictable younger sibling fashion loves to
do whatever her brother is doing, and is very good at it.
·
Talented climber (and yet has not yet tried to climb
out of her crib!)
·
If we sit on the floor she likes to push us
over.
·
Loves Nana.
And Thor. Frequently demands to
walk over there in the morning or after school.
·
If I try to sing to her before bed she will say
“No Mommy!” “Quiet!”
·
Really likes her brother. A lot. The other day at Busch Gardens we got
in the Air Tram and she sat between me and Asher. Deenesh said “do you want to sit on this side
with Daddy.” And she said “No, no Daddy.”
And he said, “Do you want to sit next to Mommy” and she said “No Mommy”
and he said “You want to sit next to Asher?” and she confirmed. “Asher.”
·
Has the most adorable ringlet curls. Her hair is the gorgeous brown that shines
with gold. (She and Asher both have the
most beautiful hair). And she has this
smile – it is just so much happiness.
