Asher is making great progress on his crawling. He gets up on all fours, scoots a little and then sits down again. Unfortunately, he seems to only move in one direction right now, and it is backwards. So frequently when he sits back down he is farther from the object of his desire than when he started! We will sometimes find him in his crib after a nap with the toys on one side of the crib and him looking very confused on the other side. The other day he kept backing up until he was underneath a chair and could no longer sit up.
I guess sometimes you have to move backwards in order to go forward.
