Strawberry and blueberry picking with Colonel

Sometimes procrastination pays off. This year when we went strawberry picking the blueberries were already in season!

I promised Col. he wouldn't have to do much picking, but I noticed he just couldn't help himself.

Keira: "look mommy red! no white."  Berry picking is good practice when you are learning your colors.

Kiera: "now where did my brother run off to?"

After all that hard work it was time to rest and watch some TV.

As a side note - this was my first blog post with my brand new iPhone!  Not bad I'd say.  This is a whole new world of posting ability!!  I might really get back to posting again!
