Kids on Parenting!

Exhibit A:
The other day at the pool Asher was using his watering pot on three older girls to help them "grow" when he accidently smacked one in the head. Since we had been warning him to be careful around other kids heads, I placed him in timeout. One of the other girls asked me if Asher had hit the girl on purpose. I told her "no." "You can't put a baby in time-out for an accident" she promptly told me.

Exhibit B:
Asher and I were eating lunch together, and after finishing up I licked my bowl clean (yes, I still do this). Asher waved his finger at me and said "No licking," "use spoon."
